Suitable for all levels, this hybrid class blends a gracefully balanced vinyasa practice with longer held supported postures. Class begins with a flowing sequence to warm up and build strength while linking movement with breath.

Restore the body, mind, and spirit through this gentle, supported practice. Move consciously through postures that are held for longer periods of time, using props (blankets, blocks, and straps) for support.

Morning Mantras

Dive into the Yoga of sound, Nada Yoga. Through chanting we harmonize different frequencies in our bodies, tune the chakras, and balance right and left... hemisphere of the brain, awakening positive vibrations from the inside out.
