100 Hour Advanced Weekend Teacher Training

Reignite your passion for your practice and teaching and grow tremendously as a teacher through learning bold educated instruction and create a nurturing environment to connect more deeply with your students to assisting in deepening your students' practice and understanding of Yoga.

Our 100 Hour weekend Advanced Teacher Training will focus on cultivating trust in your voice as a teacher to step out of your comfort zone and explore teaching and practicing new poses, sequencing, hands-on assists, mantras/chanting and Yoga philosophy. Jasmine Tarkeshi, Robin Wilner, Brima Jah, Astrud Castillo and guest master teachers will bring the wisdom from their years of personal practice, study and teaching to facilitate a space for inquiry, inspiration and initiation into becoming a more confident and compassionate teacher as you deepen your devotion to your personal Sadhana (daily spiritual practice).

This training is open to teachers with 200 hour teaching certificates from any school of yoga and is a bridge to teaching Lotus Flow Vinyasa Yoga.

Curriculum will include:

The Art and Architecture of Lotus Flow Sequencing
Sequencing into Advanced Poses
Hands-On Assists into basic and advanced poses
Assists for energetic Alignment through dual/balnced action
Cultivating Creativity while Preventing Injury
Sharing authentic, heartfelt themes
Trusting your Voice in Sanskrit/Chanting/Kirtan/Basic Harmonium

Tuition: $1,800 (20% off for Lotus Grads)

Jasmine Tarkeshi is the Co-Founder of Laughing Lotus Yoga Centers in NYC and SF and co-creator of Lotus Flow™ Vinyasa Yoga and Teacher Training. She has been a devoted student of the ancient transformative practices of Yoga for 30 years and is a master teacher, teaching for over 20 years.
