Note: Our Next 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training won't happen until Fall 2020!
You’ll learn not only yogic tradition and history, postures and alignment, but also how to live your yoga, and apply your new skills in the modern world.
At the 200 hour level you will be physically challenged but advanced postures are not a requirement. Yoga school is open to everyone.
All that is required is a minimum of 1 year of ongoing vinyasa practice along with a sincere desire to deepen your practice, and a willingness to immerse yourself fully in yoga's life-changing path.
You will also deepen your practice, and learn to live your dharma (your calling or path) to be of service to others.
“Fears came up and we let them go. Tears came up and we washed ourselves in them. Laughing Lotus taught me to handle the mind, search for my true self by keeping this sacred practice of Yoga.”
