If you are brand new to yoga, welcome! Yoga's many benefits include a strong and flexible body, a calm and peaceful mind, and an awakened and joyful spirit. Practicing yoga brings about healing on all levels—within ourselves, our relationships, and the world.

We recommend starting with our 4 week Absolute Beginner Series or slide right into our Lotus Flow 1 classes to start your yoga adventure. All of our expert instructors are skilled in working with beginners and are happy to serve! Please make sure to let your teacher know if it is your first class. We have plenty of yoga props to support your practice and fulfill your individual needs.
